I definitely recommend EGB fitness as I've been training with Dan for 6 weeks and seen great results. Really enjoying the interval training and seen a massive improvement in strength, stamina and
losing weight. Every session has been enjoyable and pushed to the limits for maximum results!
Looking forward to keeping up the momentum with more training sessions.

Had a football party the other weekend and it was fantastic! It was for my sons 5th birthday and all the children really enjoyed themselves.
All the kids had a great time in the inflatable pitch and enjoyed scoring a penalty and earning themselves a certificate

In just 3 months and almost 20 PT sessions working with Dan, my overall strength, conditioning and fitness has improved enormously. I really enjoy the mixture of strength, stamina and aerobic
training and my body always feels like it’s had a thorough workout afterwards. Dan has been nothing but encouraging and our sessions always have an element of variety and fun, the key to keeping me
motivated. I have just signed up for another block booking and can’t recommend Dan highly enough.

I would and have been recommending EGB Fitness to everyone who has asked. Since May Dan has helped me to lost 3st10lb and over 17" from all over, to be able to go back to work after maternity leave
weighing less than before I was pregnant was amazing!
He knows what he is doing and somehow magically knows how far to push you. The results speak for themselves! Give EGB Fitness a go you won't be disappointed! :)

I started having personal training with Dan when my second child was 6 months old. I had not done any real excerise since before my first child was born over 3 years ago and felt very self consouis.
It was great that EGB fitness comes to your home so you don't have to face other people.......4 months on and I have lost over 25lb, 10inch in total over my bum, thighs and tummy. I now run and feel
great, it got me back to being me again and not just a mum. I feel great and really enjoy the sessions. Would deffently recomend.

I had quite a few training sessions with Dan at EGB Fitness, and all I have to say is I saw a massive increase in my stamina and muscle definition. I was pushed to the limits every session with
interval cardio and weight training, but definately saw results. Looking forward to starting the group bootcamp sessions to really trim down.

I love my training with EGB Fitness, before training with Dan i reguarly trained in the gym for years but never achieved how i wanted to look. I have been training with Dan for over 3 months now and
have seen great changes, i have lost over 10 pounds and over 13% body fat and i feel great! Thank you, Georgina
As a model... keeping fit is crucial, as it is dealing with a trainer/team who understand your needs and work quickly and efficiently according to the hectic schedule!
I am just starting with the EGB Fitness plan... and I love it!!! Will get back to write about the improvements and the JLO style body hehe , but for now I can't stress enough how great, quick and
helpful the team's been!!

Dan gave me motivation to lose weight after the birth of my first child. I lost all confidence and couldn't bring myself to exercise. My friend recommended Dan and was the best thing I did My
sessions started 6 weeks ago and iv already lost 17 pounds. I feel confident and happy to go shopping again . I'm looking forward to the new pound class. Get fit mums is great he really makes it
